Main activities

The administrative and financial manager of the Chemicals actions of COMUe (LABEX SynOrg, CARNOT I2C, FEDER CRUNCh, Federation INC3M) intervenes in support of research under the responsibility of the LABEX and Carnot managers and under the authority of the President of Normandy University. Its mission is to assist in piloting, promote research and support the chemistry research teams at the Normandy site.

Its main activities are:
• Ensure the administrative and financial responsibility of all the "Chemistry" projects of the Normandy site in relation with the project promoters

Main missions

• Coordinate activities related to research in the field. Plan and monitor the implementation of human and financial resources.
• Prepare the budget of the activities of the ongoing actions, monitor its execution, monitor and analyze expenses and report.
• Educate files to prepare the current decisions of the bearers
• Develop and implement scientific, administrative and financial conventions, specific agreements with partner institutions
• Monitor the application of the rules and administrative procedures and management of ongoing actions
• Support the implementation of the regional research programs on the "chemistry" theme
• Implement management and decision support tools (dashboards, indicators)
• Prepare and follow the audits carried out and ensure the implementation of the recommendations
• Intervene in support of project developers in the field and ensure project engineering
• Ensure the follow-up and management of the regional projects carried out by the INC3M federation
• Develop communication mechanisms for ongoing actions
• Ensure the operation of the single window of the Carnot springboard I2C
